Here’s when Pat Sajak will take his ‘final spin’ as host of ‘Celebrity Wheel of Fortune’

Pat Sajak’s “Final Spin” as the host of “Celebrity Wheel of Fortune” is only a few weeks away.
Although the beloved game show host stepped away from “Wheel of Fortune” in June 2024, he will helm episodes of the spinoff series “Celebrity Wheel of Fortune” one last time.
On March 27, ABC confirmed in a press release that “Celebrity Wheel of Fortune” will return on Wednesday, April 30, at 8 p.m. ET, marking Sajak’s last set of episodes.
The special prime-time series will be followed by the 2025 “Jeopardy! Masters” tournament.
Both game shows will premiere on ABC and be available to stream the following day on Hulu.
Actors, athletes, singers and comedians will be by Sajak’s side to help celebrate his final moments spinning the iconic game show set piece. ABC also shared in the press release the full lineup of stars who are competing during Sajak’s last episodes.
Contestants on “Celebrity Wheel of Fortune” solve puzzles and play to win $1 million for a charity of their choice. The following celebrities will take their turn spinning the wheel when the show returns next month:

Sajak, 78, departed “Wheel of Fortune” last year after hosting the show since 1981. In his final message, he shared a moving message to his longtime fans.
“It’s been an incredible privilege to be invited into millions of homes night after night, year after year, decade after decade,” he said, in part. “And I’ve always felt that the privilege came with a responsibility to keep this daily half-hour a safe place for family fun. No social issues, no politics, nothing embarrassing, I hope. Just a game.”
Sajak added, “What an honor to have played even a small part in all that. Thank you for allowing me into your lives.”
Ryan Seacrest replaced Sajak and has been leading the game show with co-host Vanna White since Sept. 9.
